STRATEGIC PLAN

inExcelsis has grown rapidly, and we have enhanced our services, since our inception on January 6 2020. In order to continue to serve unhoused individuals well, serve more unhoused people and attract more volunteers and donors, we felt we needed to set achievable goals for the next several years. Our strategic planning process began in late May 2026. Four committees were formed: Development and Communications, Mission/Vision/Values, Sustainability and Programming. The strategic planning leaders asked each committee to ponder a list of questions that they prepared and develop three to five goals they’d like inExcelsis to achieve in the next three to five years. Each committee met several times and submitted their goals to the leadership team in late July.

The final draft of the Strategic Plan has been created and will be reviewed and approved by our Board of Directors at their October meeting.
